SHE Mentoring Network is a group of women who collaborate to provide conferences, seminars and workshops to young girls and women. SHE Mentoring Network consists of women who are professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches, business owners, etc. Each with a love for serving and giving back to the community. Together these women make up a support system for young girls.

Mission

What WE do? For whom?

Through our events and services we inspire, educate and empower young girls and women to be great, dream big, and accomplish whatever they set out to achieve in life. They are provided tools and resources that set them up for success. We cultivate a positive environment for learning and dialogue around important issues that young girls and women face today.

Through mentorship young girls are connected with a network of successful and influential women. They gain key knowledge which supports their personal growth and development. They are given an opportunity to learn skills that prepare them to be successful in life.

Purpose

Why WE exist?

To ensure that every young girl despite her environment, upbringing or circumstances is empowered and self-confident. She is well equipped to handle life’s challenges as she journeys from adolescence into adulthood. I want every young girl to know that she is beautiful, special and gifted. That she doesn’t have to live her life as a byproduct of her environment or circumstances. That she can break through the generational cycles and write a new narrative for her life.
